The Old Bedford School presents Cliburn competition finalist Tomoki Sakata

Attention music lovers!
The Old Bedford School is proud to announce a concert featuring Cliburn Competition winner Tomoki Sakata on Friday, September 12, 2014.
There will be a wine and cheese reception at 6:30p.m. and local group, Suzuki Strings, will perform at 7:00p.m.
Following the Suzuki Strings, Tomoki Sakata will take the stage and wrap up the night with a meet and greet after his performance.
The19 yr. old Japanese pianist Tomoki Sakata plays with color and expressivity and it earned him a place among the top six finalists during the 2013 Cliburn Competition. As the youngest competitor he received attention for his youthful overabundance of talent and he has toured in Europe, Japan and Morocco. Sakata has performed as a soloist with the Fort Worth Symphony, Hamamatsu Symphony, Lublin Philharmonic, and Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestras.
